Return Policy

We guarantee all products to be of the finest quality, manufactured to standard industry tolerance and dimensions.

Parts to be consistent with our customers design criteria and application specifications. Should the need arise to return goods, please contact the customer sercie service department for a return authorization. The tools will be completely inspected, (full inspections available to the customer). If a special product is found defective a credit or replacement will be given at this time. If the tooling is found to be within the industry specifications a restocking fee may apply, or no credit may be granted.
